Nick Rockett pulls out of Grand National

Last year’s Grand National champion, Nick Rockett, has opted to skip this weekend’s race at Aintree. The horse, who previously secured victory, will not compete in Saturday’s event.

Tom Bellamy, the jockey, was set to guide Nick Rockett toward consecutive wins. The Willie Mullins-trained animal has now withdrawn from the competition.
