A school in southern Turkey has witnessed a tragic shooting that resulted in four fatalities, according to local authorities. The attack occurred at Ayser Calık Secondary School, located in the Kahramanmaraş region, as reported by regional media.
At least four people have been killed and several others injured following a shooting at a school in southern Turkey.
This follows a similar attack the previous day, where an ex-student opened fire at another high school in the same southern area before taking his own life, leaving 16 individuals wounded.
Investigation underway
The motive behind the Wednesday attack remains unclear, prompting authorities to initiate an investigation. Local reports indicate the assailant breached two classrooms and was found in possession of five firearms and seven ammunition clips, believed to be inherited from his father.
