Noel Gallagher’s autographed guitar, featured in Oasis’ iconic track ‘Wonderwall,’ fetched $96,000 at a New York auction. The instrument, an Epiphone EJ-200, was central to the creation of the band’s second album, (What’s the Story) Morning Glory, and has since become a prized artifact of their musical legacy.

Oasis’ 1995 album, (What’s the Story) Morning Glory, surpassed 22 million sales and included tracks like ‘Don’t Look Back in Anger’ and ‘Some Might Say.’ The guitar’s estimated value before the sale was $80,000, yet it ultimately sold for a higher price, reflecting its cultural significance and rarity.

Alongside the guitar, a handwritten lyric sheet for ‘Don’t Look Back in Anger’ drew $38,400, underscoring the demand for memorabilia tied to the band’s most celebrated work. The auction results highlight the enduring appeal of Oasis’ music and Gallagher’s role in its creation.
